Use of trigonometric identities to rewrite or simplify an expression – Matemáticas 10°

The teacher presents an animation resource called “Las identidades trigonometricas y sus usos”. From this resource, an analysis about the genesis of trigonometry based on the elements of the unit circle is made. Then, the topic is contextualized based on the application of trigonometric functions in discoveries in geo-positioning, their uses in laboratories of the medicine industry, and physics, among other relevant aspects of trigonometry in everyday life. The objective is to contextualize the students in the possible applications of trigonometric elements in day-to-day situations.
