The Egyptian pyramids and its peculiarities Introduce the topic with the most famous pyramids in the world: The Egyptian ones. Describe the Mexican pyramids so that students identify the geometric figures to be covered. Ask the following questions in order to encourage the performance of activities: What secrets do they hide about their construction? Why is it said that it was impossible to build the pyramids at that time? What are the characteristics of these buildings? With the help of mathematics and, specially, geometry, we can study these geometric bodies.
