Classification of functions – Matemáticas 10°

The teacher presents an animation resource named “Functions”. Some functions are described on it and are compared from the contextual and theoretical math perspectives. It has the intention of generating debate around the elements that constitute a function and its characterization. The situations taken into consideration refer to

:  Situation 1: “Distance – Consumption”.

 Situation 2: The course of a baseball, “Travelled Distance – Elevation”.

Last, a few orientating questions are formulated so that the teacher invites to dive into the topic and develop argumentation
